The Grand Final itself was last Saturday..Despite an early lead by Collingwood (The Magpies)....St Kilda (The Saints) came from behind and made it a nail biter/heart stopper...and at the final siren it was a draw...Whew !!!!
Now we have to go through it all again this Saturday.I will be in front of the TV in my Red, White and Black and along with thousands of others be shouting GO SAINTS !!!!! and, hoping, that when the final siren blows we can sing our song.... Oh When the Saints Go Marching In,,,When the Saints Go Marching In...
Now on to our One Flower Wednesday. 66 + 4 =70
Today I have 4 new flowers to show for my garden...I was amazed at how similar the centre of my turquoise flower was to the flowers on our Diosma hedge. The four flowers this week bring my total to date to 70.
Op Shop Finds
My find of the week was this beautiful cross stitch book, packed with gorgeous counted cross stitch patterns. It shouted out to me to buy it.
I Know , I know, I hear you say..."When are you going to find the time to use this? "
"One day !"....but in the meantime it is a valuable addition to my library...
My other find is this cute plate that I could not resist..It is not a collectors plate, but the puppy dogs on here bear a striking resemblance to my Buddy and Sally.I love it..
I hope that where ever you are in this wide world, you are well and happy, and your gardens are blooming..I will be round soon to visit as many of you as I can...
Until Next Time
Take Care
Kate x
