One Flower Wednesday

I cannot believe a week as gone by since my last post...Where have those days gone to? Here we are again for One Flower Wednesday,,,The garden party kindly hosted by Karen at Journey of a Quilter.

I have had a busy week which meant less sewing time....and yes, like millions of others , I was glued to the TV for the Royal Wedding....(didn't Kate look stunning?)..Even though I had organised myself to sew whilst watching it ..nothing was done, as I did not want to miss a second.

This week I have managed to make 3 new flowers for my garden...This brings my total so far to 135....about 100 more to go...

These were from the new fabric that I showed you last week....

Soooooooo.....Just had to go for a drive today to visit my favorite patchwork shop...well I could not come out empty handed now could I...??? I will show you more next time...

Until then hope that you are all well and happy

Take care

Kate xx

  5. All of your flowers are gorgeous. Very nice work. I didn't get much sewing done while I watched the royal wedding either. :)
