My Favorite Hibiscus

I do hope that every one had a lovely Easter....and that the chocolates did not do too much damage to the waistline...It certainly didn't damage mine....I have not got one...!!!!!!. :)
The Sun is shining this morning and here in Melbourne it is a beautiful Autumn Morning...I was out walking my 2 furry babies earlier this morning and it was a real pleasure.
One day last week we were out for a drive and I just happened to stop by a favorite Quilt shop.....Well...!!!! I could not drive straight by now could I? so went in and just bought a little selection.

And so....THIS became THESE 4 new flowers for my Hexigarden .I have been"planting my flowers " into my garden this past week and now have 27 of my 3/4 inch flowers blooming.

ReplyDeleteYour Flowergarden is growing so beautiful!
ReplyDeletePretty flowers Kate!
ReplyDeleteThe making of the flowers is as much joy as the end result.
Go Kate Go!!! You're doing great. I think I have about 65 flowers. I bought some white fabric tonight that I'm going to use between the flowers. I'll start putting them together soon and then decide how many I need. If you need more fabric, would you consider a trade? It looks like our tastes are similar.
ReplyDeleteWow... Kate your garden is growing beautifully. I love your flowers and your new fabric.
ReplyDeleteOf course you stop at the quilt shop, One doesn't just drive by, noway.
How exciting to see another garden growing. Nice work.
